About Oliver

My work sits on both sides of a law firm: representing people in personal-injury matters and running the systems that help a practice serve its clients well.

I earned my J.D. from the UA Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law in 2024 and was licensed by the Supreme Court of Arkansas that September. Before Minton and my current operating role at Pinnacle, I worked in estate planning, elder law, business law, and veterans legal services.

Winning isn’t getting paid.

A $400,000 judgment against someone with no assets and no insurance is still a collection problem. A judgment answers who owes what. It does not guarantee there is money to collect.
